Online Counselling or Therapy also known as e-Counselling is an accessible and convenient way that a psychologist offers which can be accessed at the comfort of your home. It is a secure environment which allows you to openly express and helps you assess your thoughts and feelings and work through the underlying concerns. Video Conference and Audio Conference is the method used.

EVERYONE. Counselling is not a quick fix that is used when a situation calls for it. Counselling is actually a voyage of self-discovery. Even if your life may be wonderful, getting to know oneself better can only be beneficial.
What can I expect in my First Therapy Session?
The first session focuses on getting to know you and understanding your needs, gaining an insight about your present situation, your goals for therapy, and any concerns you may have. We will also discuss the approach we will take in order to best meet your needs and provide you with the support you need.

How long will the Session last?
Each session will be around 45-60 minutes and will take place on a weekly basis is recommended. However, this may vary according to the nature of your concerns and the therapeutic approach used by your therapist.
Is there any age limit to sign up for Counselling Sessions?
Anyone can sign up for counselling, age is not a barrier. However, to counsel minors we require the parents or guardians credentials before counselling session.
What is the policy on cancelling and rescheduling a Therapy session?
We understand that at times unplanned needs may come up and it may require the session to be rescheduled or cancelled. However to ensure a sense of responsibility towards the therapeutic space we have laid some ground rules:
In case you need to cancel or reschedule a session you require to inform us 6 hours prior to your session schedule time.
In case where you do not show up for session without informing or cancelling prior the session scheduled time, the session will stand cancelled and you will be charged for that session.
Are the sessions recorded? Is my privacy protected? Are there any rules for confidentiality?
We have an ethical responsibility to keep information confidential and protect all communication as part of online sessions so sessions will not be audio or video recorded nor shared with anyone else. Hence, any information discussed during the sessions shall be kept completely confidential.
However in certain situations wherein the therapist believes that the client is at risk to self or others then the therapist may require to share the information but keeping confidentiality mind.
